Tidal is using a loting storage, but it is very unclear what is actually stored and you cannot clear cache or delete. You. An only delete the app and reinstall. I have moved tot tidal from Spotify for the higher quality sound, but given the way it uses storage I will go back to Spotify On my MacBook with the new paid dj connection it doesn’t even load songs into rekordbox. Tidal is pretty useless. And try to contact them. Not possible it seems.

Please fix the massive battery drain on IOS when using tidal since the last update..

De app werkt op zich aardig, alleen ik heb vaak wel dat (vooral na een zoekopdracht) hij de verbinding kwijt is. Je kunt 100 keer op “opnieuw proberen” tikken, maar dat helpt niet. Heel frustrerend. Ik had ook graag mijn collectie willen kunnen onderverdelen in mappen, maar dat kan niet. Nu moet ik dus voor alles wat ik wil afspelen door de hele lijst heen scrollen. Jammer en tijdrovend…

I love the high sound quality of your collection. But using it for some time now has also raised some concerns: Why is there still the ridiculous old 10k limit on favourite tracks? This is just far too limited for a music allrounder like me. Another problem is the My new Arrivals mix: this is not being updated anymore since several weeks and I read that others have similar problems with that. Additional suggestions: 1. Connect the use of your app on different devices! With another app I can play music on my tv app, while using my phone app as remote and for browsing other albums. 2. I also would appreciate a more personalised app experience based on my preferences. All the current popular stuff “for the masses” is mostly not interesting for me. 3. When adding a track to a playlist, why not enabling adding it to multiple playlists in one go. You could add check marks, so you can oversee to which playlist it is added already. You can also then decide to remove it from one and add it to another. These suggestions of mine have been proposed some time ago, but nothing has been improved in recent updates. Please keep working on improving, so your app becomes more user friendly!

I love the music quality and that it’s better the Spotify for the artists. Only when using shuffle a lot of times my playlist keeps only around 35 songs. Same when casting to a chromecast. Due of that I’m listening to much to a short set of music and therefor switch back to Spotify.

Good sound, sometimes lacking high-res music where other services do offer it. But what if absolutely lacks is decent support for Marantz / Denon. Even though those brands claim that they now support Tidal, the truth is a very painful integration. And that means that there is plenty of room for improvement. And that’s not just something for Denon-Marantz-HEOS. It’s also something for Tidal.
