## Tidal Services Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Started well, didn’t keep up standards"
I was very happy with their quality of work but as times gone on it’s just not good anymore.

I rcvd a message stating windows were cleaned, they weren’t. Photo evidence available. Still dirty glass, sill and frames.

I can’t get an answer on email/text/fb and emails going to an unchecked account.

### *---- "This company doesn’t want business"
I have tried every which way to book a window cleaning with this company - through the app, by email, by responding to an advertising email from them - they don’t respond. Live chat does not work. Email address for customer services directs back to the app and enquiry form. So I’d like to provide a positive review, but I can’t even access the service in the first place! 🤷🏻‍♀️

### *---- "Neil"
Rubbish app. I can’t rate the service because I don’t know how to book a window clean. A shame really because the website and FB page looks good

### ***** "What a fantastic Window Cleaning service, also love the app!"
I started using Tidals services about 7 months ago and have been seriously impressed with the standard of clean and communication that Ben provides. He is really easy to communicate with and notifies me of when he will be visiting through the app. Great service!

### *---- "Useless"
The app doesn't work. I deleted it some time ago. Keep getting messages saying going to do a service at our home but nobody ever comes. I've no idea how to cancel. I have another provider (without a stupid app where I have no control!). If your reading this - please CANCEL/DELETE my number from my list. I am no longer a customer! Thank you!!!

### *---- "Window clean"
Always emailing to say they’re coming but then email to say they’re skipping us
Very unreliable and thinking of cancelling them

### *---- "Useless app"
We requested a window clean. We were given a date but no one turned up. No message to apologise or rearrange. Went on the app which was a waste of time, it’s easy to get into messages or notifications etc but impossible to get back out. The touch screen buttons are unresponsive. Had to shut down my phone, turn it back on then start the app again to access to the home page. Wasted a day waiting in for them.
