This continues to be a horrible app with errors every time I try to login. Fortunately, the customer service is good so I am able to get my dry cleaning. But please fix this app, I’m tired of all the problems.

I’ve used this app for at least two years and since the update I’m unable to log in for pick-up and delivery

Useless app - endless loop to get in even though I already have an account!!! I have entered my address five times. Said no account found with phone number then go through the whole account set up and it says my email already has an account (yes I know) and tells me to login with phone number and then the circle starts again!

Old app I could pay for all items at once. Now I’m paying a separate transaction for shirts and jeans. Can no longer check the “on my way” option so that my dry cleaning is ready when I get there.

My wife needed a dress dry cleaned quickly for my birthday dinner and Evan made it happen! Thanks again for the quick turnaround!
