Am asteptat mult un service de streaming de la Tiff, si m-am abonat din prima clipa de cand a aparut. Dupa primele mici/mari probleme lucrurile s-au imbunatatit considerabil si app-ul a ajuns la un nivel bun.
Ca si imbunatatire, s-ar putea transpune in app articolele excelente legat de cate un film aparute in revista fizica Tiff.
Un neajuns mare e inca discoverability (in app sau pe web): sunt extrem de greu de descoperit filmele din catalog. Practic suntem limitati sau la ultimele cateva noutati aparute, sau sa cautam total random. Ar fi util un mod in care am putea vedea filmele organizate dupa diferite criterii, impreuna cu numarul de filme din categorii.

The app is not working as expected
I get a lot of error screens when using the app. Some titles are not available on the mobile app. The subtitles are not available for offline (downloaded) titles … etc.
Since is a paid subscription, it’s awkward to deal with such problems

Dupa ce ca nu merge AirPlay tot timpul bine, cand reusesc sa-l fac sa mearga sa observ ca nu imi merge subtitrarea prin AirPlay.

Aplicatia sau site-ul nefunctional
Am incercat sa imi fac cont pe site, dar nu a mers promo code. Am reincercat o luna mai tarziu, se face abonamentul in appstore dar nu ma pot loga in aplicatie sau pe site cu user-ul si parola. Din pacate am intrerupt si am dezinstalat. Estimez o problema mai serioasa, anume login-ul nu merge nici pe site. Am reluat procesul direct pe site cu o adresa de mail noua, am introdus datele, cardul si nu am putut trece la pasul urmator. Suportul este zero, nimeni nu raspunde la mail. Pacat. Vroiam sa dau banii.
