## Tigapo Reviews in United States

### *---- "Theft"
This company is extremely exploitative and inconsiderate to customers. I’ve reached out several times over an accidental deposit, and was met with no response. They have intentionally designed the app to deceptively encourage large value transactions ($40), and operate in a manner that targets children in particular.
-- TrustTake, 2026-03-20

### ***** "Good App"
It worked really well for me me you can even add multiple games cards to your account and add funds easily, great for multiple kids and trying to keep it all together.
-- DomainDixon, 2026-02-28

### *---- "Horrible App and Customer Service"
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! I recently got this app to let my daughter ride a few rides at the arcade. The app automatically defaults to $40 worth of credits. I tried to get a refund and was told I need to reach out to the property management. I ccd them on the email along with Tigapo customer support and have gotten no response or explanation after several attempts.
-- Dgerscrprs, 2026-01-04

### *---- "Horrible Lag Time/ Lose of Credits"
I recently purchased over $100 worth of credits with this app. I’ve either lost credits due to machine timing out because of a lag or credits just not registering on the scanner? Not sure what the issue is but it’s certain that the customer is always at a lost here. I am currently at the arcade on a different scenario and my account will not load to access my remaining credits. I refuse to create another account and spend more money. Please advice at your earliest convenience.
-- PasstheVick!, 2025-08-19

### *---- "Disappearing credits"
When we would try to tap on a game, instead of the credits giving us game credits, they would just disappear, however, when we looked at our history, it actually said the credits were being transferred to another user!
-- Tweeshopgirl, 2025-07-31

### *---- "Scam"
Wasted $5 trying to get this app working. Arcade games shouldn’t need apps to work.
-- yasii410, 2025-07-28

### *---- "Cant even buy stuff"
Just gives me a error whenever I try to buy any points.
-- Detectiverobit, 2025-07-17

### *---- "Horrible"
App didn’t work with the game after I paid $5! What a rip off!
-- gdhdbrhhxbcc, 2025-05-09

### *---- "Such a useless app"
I bought credits at the machine and I can’t transfer them to the app. So I can’t even use them!
-- Crist Patel, 2025-04-23

### **--- "Stolen credit"
They take your credit and then tells you its insufficient fund. Won’t let you play. Happens when your credit running low around 10 credit. Can’t even argue because who will believe you.
