Are use an iPhone 13 for my trading and there is a significant leg with options trades not updating to correct profit percentage. This is extremely frustrating to not be able to see it in a single glance without having to go into the actual Trade itself. The 300 word and 1000 word comment boxes are inhibiting and very limiting, requiring repost all the time in response to someone. When trying to edit on an iPhone 13 in the comment box, you are unable to see the whole box and if you were trying to correct spelling or such you cannot easily get to the position you require. Need some serious work.
Yesterday I brought stock and ended up buying it because there was no confirmation of the first or second Buys. This needs to be addressed.
I have received no responses from Customer Service. As such there is no Customer Service..
Options trading has become frustrating now that trading is 24/5. Being able to only trade one market out of four when you see your strike price being hit as frustrating.
The App could do with some definite improvements!

Notifications settings are basically redundant, UI is cluttered, chart display is incredibly tedious and for some reason can’t change view default to range instead of period. No option to turn off social features which make the functions lag. Pro-View is cluttered and most descriptions are confusingly worded.
Price movement percentage discrepancy discovered
Today during the pre market time. I discovered some percentage discrepancy between actual market movement and my portfolio. For example apple was increased for 1.5%, but in my portfolio only showing 0.04% increased. Will potentially impacted my earning and the accuracy of the portfolio. I have logged the product defect and contacted the customer service. But no one came back to me yet. This is very disappointed and unacceptable

This app is designed so bad. It is not user friendly and the customer service is terrible. Avoid using it.
Notifications
Great app and service but only one annoying features. The news notification keeps pushing while disabling even all notifications. Still doesn't work and keeps pushing notifications.
Hard to navigate
Joined tiger for options trading, as there is limited platforms to chose from in my country for this , the options platform is very hard to navigate & have lost several trades due to the poor layout ie, double orders , stoploss complications etc for instance I placed a double order on the same option without realising as it did not show confirmation & it didn’t show on the order schedule, I got stopped out with the original order I place & it instantly re bought the same order , this time without a stop loss on , i placed a stop loss on the order & it failed to fill even tho it hit the stop then continued to go lower , I had to cancel the stop loss order & manually close the position at an even greater loss ,, there are no detailed tutorials on navigating this apart from basic bug & sell so your on your own on how to learn how the platform works
