## Tigo Energy Intelligence Description
Tigo Energy’s next generation Energy Intelligence (EI) mobile application is the most powerful asset management and commissioning solution for your Smart Solar PV array.
Lay out, configure, commission, and monitor your system all from your mobile phone. This application not only monitors your array, but it also enables you to interface directly with Tigo's Cloud Connect Advanced (CCA) software via local Bluetooth technology. This enables installers to configure Tigo systems, troubleshoot system issues on-site, set up the connection to the internet, and much more.

Similar to Tigo’s web-based software, you can see a system or fleet of systems with an intuitive interface. Once you download the EI app, you will be able to manage your system on-the-go from anywhere in the world.

Your smart solar array, optimized by Tigo, automatically detects problems and will alert you when there are issues that need your attention. Once the system is configured, you can see module-level detail and historical data to ensure you’re getting the most from your solar investment.

You can demo the software even before you have installed a system. Download the app today, and click the demo button to see what it looks like. You can also log in to our website for a demo of our online software at www.tigoenergy.com.
Tigo's basic monitoring service enables you to see module-level data for free. Download today to see how to get the most out of your solar system.

## Tigo Energy Intelligence Reviews in United States

### *---- "No good can’t commission my system"
Either the app is totally broken or I have a bad cca. The plus sign to add a system is missing. When I start the app it shows up for about one second then disappears. My CCA does not come up. I get a no CCA found message. I can’t believe after installing 2 TAP units cable and the CCA no joy.
-- Dr.Schabbs, 2025-07-28

### ***** "Great app but one request"
The app is great and the optimizers have been truly worth the money. I put 28 of them on my DIY system and it legit gave me over a 30% increase in production day after day that’s amazing! My big request for the app is to have it show the random little metrics the web page shows like the price of power you have produced today and in and in a lifetime. Plus the lbs of coal not burned all the little neat fun things the web page shows please add them to the app.
-- TylerLaVite, 2025-06-22

### *---- "Love the Home Screen"
Make that viewable in a large widget. Also would like to see iPad app with same functionality as well as Apple Watch app and complication.
-- b-lake624, 2025-04-17

### ***** "Love the new interface"
Love the new look and feel. Great improvement!!!
-- Scratch Bastard, 2025-03-12

### **--- "Barely works"
This app is one of the least functional things you’ll ever use. Randomly defaults to a day 2 weeks ago. Historic data disabled past an arbitrary date. If this is used in the field it’s a mystery how anything can be monitored.
-- Chamsom, 2024-04-23

### **--- "Hardly works"
Graphing has not worked for months. Individual panel reports work maybe 30% of the time now. Disappointing they can’t seem to make this work.
-- Kuching100, 2024-04-13

### *---- "Tigo app"
I’ve had this to monitor my solar panels and I’ve had more trouble with this app that you can shake a stick at now. It’s doing the same thing again it doesn’t want to work correctly and I don’t know what to do about it anymore.
-- wesley_d_2, 2024-04-12

### ****- "Good info add more"
Like the info provided , but would love a tutorial or navigation page explaining some of the symbols and information.
Some info is not so intuitive.
Would also like a “last updated” time since it updates every 10 min.
-- Inthusiast, 2022-03-15

### *---- "The latest iOS version doesn’t display history"
The newest version no longer displays any of the history charts ( hours, days , months or years, etc.).

Poor quality and release control
-- Burlingame user, 2022-01-02

### *---- "Stuck in an infinite loop as soon as I registered"
Data loading error >> reload >> repeat with no end in sight. Tried restarting.
