I’m still not officially diagnosed, considering I may have ASD, I’m not sure if I’m neurotypical either (Idk if neurotypicals would consider this just as an enhanced way of organization), but tbh, this helped me a lot especially with my prayers, since my house is distant from mosques and it’s hard to hear Ath’an, Ath’ant apps wouldn’t help either other than knowing that the time of prayer has entered.
Initially, with this app, I feel having more control with planning my day compared to standard time organization apps, although I don’t stick with stuff and all tasks in time 100% but all features integrated help with enhancing my lost executive function.
I’m using the free plan and I cannot wait subscribing fir the premium.

Keeps me going!
Very easy to use, and frequently updated with new, better features! Highly recommend for squirrel brains 💖
I’ve been here too many times to bother.
I didn’t even bother trying the new update. I gave up on tiimo months ago. It’s beautiful and useful WHEN IT WORKS which is rarely. They add new features and fail to address bugs so every time there’s a new update there’s also new bugs to make the new feature useless. And some of the old ones too. So I stopped bothering. It’s great they claim to be inclusive but it’s not inclusive to have an app that doesn’t work for your target audience (which includes neurodivergent people who want and need their tools to work reliably).
Amazing app
I’ve had it for a few days and it’s amazing. There is a subscription BUT it’s not mandatory to use the app like so many apps are. Because of that, I actually want to get the subscription just because it’s an awesome app. No ads on the free version, free version gives you unlimited to dos. I love it
The app that helped change my life
I didn’t think that any productivity app could help put me on a path that would lead to my dreams coming true. Yet the techniques and lessons I learned from using Tiimo have helped me to build the skills in such a way that I now do most thing out of habit and need the app less and less.
That right there is pure magic and should be the point of all apps that are focused on helping people become more organized and especially when they are designed as thoughtfully as Tiimo; with the neurodivergent community in mind. Don’t miss out on the videos and how to tools in the app as they can really teach you things you thought you knew but really could benefit from learning more about.
I found myself more successful in using Tiimo due to some of the quality of life perks such as the ability to utilize colors and emojis in interface that make it easier for my brain to sort and process the information it is seeing.
It’s essential features like this that help set Tiimo apart from the rest. I also very much appreciate the ability to have multiple profiles. As someone with multiple disabilities and varying needs in my day to day life, I value being able to switch profiles so that I can access different sets of daily tasks.
Not every productivity or organizational app is for everyone, but the flexibility provided by Tiimo means that I’m confident you’ll find something beneficial from giving it a download and trial run. Good luck and enjoy your Adventures in the Apple App Store!
Not great. I won’t be renewing next month.
This app is super laggy and buggy. You’ll complete a task but it’ll pop back up. Might be a database issue I don’t know.
And If you don’t complete a task that was scheduled for, let’s say Monday, you won’t see that task recurr the next day. When it comes to ADHD: out of sight, out of mind. You have to KNOW you didn’t complete something to reschedule it. Unfinished tasks should just roll over or at least be turned into todo items.
Stuff like that makes me wonder if this app was truly made with ADHD people in mind. I wanted this to work out. I downloaded after hearing the ad on a podcast. (NO DISCOUNT CODE by the way.) But nah this ain’t for me. I’ll be trying other apps after this.
Amazing but needs one fix
I really love this app and the fact that there can be subtasks and the use of AI. The only thing I really wish it had was individual timers for each subtask. Really hope this gets added, I will redownload the app if it does!
RIP Off
I don’t understand why they even allow you to download apps like this for free when in reality you cannot use them unless you pay, not one single click, not one single action, not one thing do I get to do on this app without paying, and no starting a seven day trial before I had to start paying does not really count as free if after that I must either delete the app or pay. Just have us pay for the app or don’t, the subscriptions are madness.
Love this app but stopped working after I paid for the whole year.
This was a game changer for me until it stopped working. I have submitted at least 30 emails about the constant errors. Basically once I paid for the whole year it stopped letting me save anything in my tasks so the app is useless now. I really just want you to fix it and explain why the paid version doesn’t work but the free does. Seems like bait and switch. Try it out, it works great so you buy the entire year and instantly it’s I useable.
If it actually still worked I would give it 10 stars.
They fixed that bug but now you can’t check off anything when you complete it because if you go to click the circle it just keeps opening up the task but will never let you complete them. I love this app but every day it’s got a new bug and just isn’t working. This goes against a neurodivergent person it certainly doesn’t help them dealing with the aggravation. Next time I will use the free version longer before I buy it.
