Wonderful people and great food and drinks.
Never any offers in my app
I spend hundreds of dollars at Tims and keep my app up to date yet my offers page is literally blank all the time while my friends have all sorts of offers deals on several products all at once
Cant add a gift card
Tried to add a gift card to my wallet when i click the button it asks for the information of a bank card instead
unhelpful
i only wanted the app to add a gift card as it says on the back of it to download the app so you can register and reload the card, and i cant figure out how to (if its even possible) and the timbot is cute but had no idea either apparently. also went to the website (after making an account in the app) to see if that was how and i have to make a new account for gift cards specifically?? why. im not even sure if thats how to link a card and i understand i did it wrong originally thats on me but i did what the card said so thats on someone else 🤷🏻♀️

Makes ordering easier
I really enjoy using the app for placing my orders (whether drive thru or pick up) because I'm often ordering for the whole household so it can limit the errors or missing something. I would like the app better if you had more control over add ons like tomatoes and condiments as due to food sensitivities or dislikes are items usually avoided but do not have the same option via the Tim Hortons app as at other chains
Scam
I waited in the tim hortons line for 12 hours because they were doing a 160,000 tims points giveaway for the first 50 people in the drive through and i was first but it’s been 2 weeks and i haven’t gotten my points yet.
