## TIM Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Great Value rental property app"
We have just taken back the management of our properties. This app is just great. We did an inventory and check in in a couple of hours. The resulting report is a professional and accurate report, with digital signature and also the option to let the tenant comment before signing. The support is second to none, and a rea human being answers which is refreshing. All in all a great value solution to a tedious and otherwise costly process.
-- Gomol122, 2024-05-07

### ***** "The Inventory House"
We have been using TIM for a year and find it easy to use and whenever we need help Paul is always very responsive. This is a great way of creating really well designed Inventories. Definitely would recommend it. Anna

### ***** "Inventory software"
We are a Lettings agent in north Hertfordshire and this software has helped us to not just streamline our inventory’s and routine inspections but make our reports look professional to both landlords and tenants alike. Would highly recommend

### ***** "Hunters Lettings and Estate agents. Andrew - Gainsborough"
The Inspection report is very easy to use and allows you to show through photos and notes any issues that the Landlord and or Tenant are not aware of. You can add and change any area that you may need too, ie. Add rooms, change the names of the rooms. You are also able to show how the property is being looked after by the tenant.

All health and safety systems can be added (smoke and carbon monoxide).

Once the Inspection has been downloaded it is available for reviewing immediately.

### ***** "BestLets Glasgow"
I am an independent letting agent, I knew about TIM software as I have worked for a letting agency in the past that used it. When I have started my own business last year, I have looked at other options but ended up going back to TIM. I find their app features, service etc great and easy to use while creating professionally looking reports.

Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TIM to anyone who’s looking for up to date software with great features and professional service.

### ***** "Nicola, Magpie Inventory"
We are a independent Lettings report business specialising in Inventories, Checkouts and inspections and have been using The Inventory Manager now for 5 years. TIM has become a integral part of our business, enabling us to produce professional and detailed reports for our customers. I have found the App easy to use and to train new staff with. We often have several clerks utilising one account at the same time and have never encompassed any issues with capacity even over our busy periods. The support team have always been on hand to answer any questions and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TIM.

### ***** "Inventories 4 You"
At Inventories 4 You we‘ve been using TIM for over 10 years and we honestly could not recommend the software highly enough!
The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, whilst the app offers countless features that allow us to create property reports of the highest standard.
TIM allows us to effortlessly create property reports with integrated time/date stamped photos and clearly defined sections to concisely lay out all the information that out clients require.
The app development is flawless and the whole user experience is exceptional.
On top of this, the team at TIM are super friendly and are always happy to offer their assistance whenever we may need it.
In short, our business wouldn’t be the same without this software and the industry leading features that it offers.
-- Sam Kneale, 2022-04-28

### ***** "LETEASY INVENTORY"
I have been using the software for 6 years now and have been very happy with the app. I feel confident that if I have any queries then they would be dealt with very quickly. I like the software because when you get to know it, it is very easy to use and the company is always adding new features to ensure it is always improving.
