Love this app, functions as a standard metronome but its power is in its other facilities that are really beneficial for challenging your time keeping.

Strengthen your inner sense of rhythm! Time Guru is the only metronome with the ability to mute its sound at random, in sequenced patterns, or both, so that you can assess whether you tend to rush or drag or loose your place with odd meters. Time Guru can periodically leave you on your own so that you strengthen your own internal sense of time, rather than relying on the constant, rigid, external time keeping of a metronome. It's like training wheels that sometimes come up off the ground.
Time Guru also features:
-the ability to play in different time signatures or sequences of time signatures
-create rhythmic drum-machine like patterns
-save presets for tempo, meter, sound and muting-
-35 loud sound sets;
-Human or robot voice counting in English, Chinese, French, German or Russian - great for teaching!
-tap tempo (5 to 300 BPM range)
-super accurate, rock-solid timing via a customized audio engine.
And of course it can function as a normal metronome.

L’appli ne fonctionne pas correctement
Tool for professional musicians
Create odd meters like 15/16, 27/16 all groupings imaginable, quintuplets, septuplets. Syncopation or timing exercises, this app is so easy to use. The random mute function is fantastic, kind of a virtual percussionist to jam with. A must for bassists, drummers and all musicians who want to explore the DNA of rhythm.
Does not work !
I cannot select the number of beats. It seems to work randomly. I start with a basic 4 then try to have a 3/4 but it continues with a 4/4. I just lost my money !!!!
Prise en main pas très facile
Super outil ...une fois qu’on a suffisamment passé de temps dessus pour commencer à manier plus facilement.
Super une fois maîtrisé , manque le swing pour un 5 étoiles
Tout est dans le titre. Une fois pris en main c’est extrêmement puissant ! Cependant il manque l’option swing pour en faire le saint graal.

Tout est dans le titre, pas cher en plus. Programmation rapide, simple et possibilités multiples.
