Very poor app
I had twice experiences in 2023 where the app did not allow me to download and I had to call hotline to solve the issue. And in the 2nd times they charged me again for another quarter. Though after I called they said they will refund- I still not yet received it.
The point is it happened so frequently twice in two moths and also directly deducted from my credit card even though my annual subscription did not end make me feel this app VERY unreliable. after my annual subscription; I will never subscribe again.
Can’t login
Can’t login with email account or account number!!
Failed to restore purchase
I have an annual subscription. But the app keeps asking me to buy new issues whenever I tried to restore purchases. I have tried hundred times to press the button “RESTORE PURCHASES” under the SETTINGS tab. However when it say “PURCHASES RESTORED”, I still have to buy new issues! Please help. There is no response when I write an email to report this issue inside the app. Please help to fix this.

Still not optimised for IPad Pros
Hardly the best experience app
Log in is very problematic
It shows me I can just download preview even I am logged in. And your sign in page doesn’t even show I am logged in successfully or not. It’s very buggy at your log in page. (I have to emphasize that am a computer programmer)
Can’t download issues
The content is good but after the update, the issues can’t download
No dictionary feature
Time is good magazine but I feel very disappointed on the app especially without dictionary feature.
Cannot connect to server
Very often show cannot connect to server at this time ...........
How could i delete old issue in the app
As titled. It is too heavy for my iphone to store all the issues, restricting me to download other things for iphone
No details of the contents!
Although I like reading the physical magazine, it's great to have a choice to buy a cheaper digital edition which I have bought occasionally. But the app is really let down by not showing the contents of each issue to help you decide whether to purchase or not. The older version of the app showed an infuriating part view of the contents page; now the updated app has done away with even that small concession and left us with only the magazine cover.
Come on Time! I would guess that most non-subscribers do scan through the contents page of a physical issue before deciding to pay for an issue. Please let your digital readers do the same!
