I downloaded the game on Sunday, (its sat tday) and while the first day, it gave me outstanding performance, the next two days were not NEAR the experience. This game is amazing, a 100 % download, but I am experiencing frequent disconnection, slow working, and the inability to download clothing… my internet connection is perfect, and I even use vpn. I have tried flossing and reopening the app several times to no avail. I hope you decide to help with the issue, this game is five stars if the issue can be fixed ✨

I have been playing this game for a year. A WHOLE YEAR I HAVE DEDICATED TO THIS GAME. I used to love playing this game, it was a story telling game that you could control, make lovely outfits and participate with the community in events. It was also fair to those who couldn’t afford to pay for some features, it made sure that those who couldn’t afford to pay weren’t left out but had premiums that were worth it to those that could afford it.
The latest updates and events have changed that, if you want the normal gaming experience, you HAVE to buy it. How is that fair to your new players or old ones who don’t want to or can’t spend that kind of cash. Instead of hearing their community out and trying to fix it, the game makers have instead upped prices even further. I am not playing this game until they get their act together and I don’t think new players should even download it because it isn’t worth it anymore.

It’s an amazing game and I really enjoy playing it but after updating it started crashing a lot can you please fix that? Plus the stories are amazing and this game is so beautiful I really love the sceneries and all the dresses the developer had put a lot of effort in it!

PLEASE READ! Long-term problem
I played this game a lot when I was younger. It was great, and I recently wanted to go back to it and start fresh. So, I tried to reset my account. I was booted out of the app and all of my stuff stayed the same. Then, I tried to delete my account to make a new one, and the game presented me with a super long form that required screenshots of transactions I’d made (transactions from several years ago that I don’t even remember) and asked weird questions about where and when I frequently played. I get it all sorted, whatever, and my account doesn’t delete. I’ve got to wait at least ten days for all my info to get verified and THEN deleted, and this might not sound like such a big deal, but it’s so not worth all of that effort, and the delete system shouldn’t be so complicated.
So, here’s my warning to anyone who wants to play. Avoid buying anything in-game. Don’t link your email or google or Apple ID or whatever else it asks for. You will literally be stuck with the exact same account forever.
