## 时间印迹TimeEcho Description
时间总是花掉了，但很难说清楚去了哪里。
TimeEcho（时间印迹）想做的事情很简单：帮你把每天的专注、习惯、日记和时间线留下来。过一段时间再看，你会更清楚自己在坚持什么，也更清楚哪些事情悄悄占走了时间。

你可以用它记录这些事：
- 今天学习、工作、运动、阅读分别花了多久
- 某个习惯已经坚持了多少天，累计投入了多少小时
- 一次专注从几点开始，到几点结束，中间发生了什么
- 一天里真正让你进入状态的时间有多少
- 某本书、某个项目、某个阶段目标到底用了多少时间
- 只想写给自己的心情、笔记和日记

TimeEcho 不是为了让你把生活填满表格。它更像一本可以自动整理时间的日常记录本。

【每天的时间线】
记录页会按时间轴展示一天里发生过的专注记录。你可以看到每次做了什么、花了多久，也可以补上一段笔记。以后回头看某一天，不只是一串时间，还有当时的状态和想法。

如果只想快速看结果，也可以切到简洁模式，直接看当天各类事情分别花了多少时间。

【习惯追踪和投入统计】
给学习、工作、运动、阅读、写作等事情建立习惯，然后持续记录。你可以看到某个习惯累计投入了多久，也可以翻看它每天的历史。

热力图会把坚持变得更直观。哪几天做了，哪几天没做，哪段时间投入更多，一眼就能看出来。

【倒计时、正计时和番茄钟】
需要一段明确的时间，就用倒计时。想自然记录一段专注，就用正计时。需要更固定的节奏，也可以用番茄钟。

倒计时结束后，如果你还在状态里，可以继续计时。忘了及时保存，也可以修正结束时间。记录不该反过来打断专注。

【私人日记和笔记】
你可以写每日的日记，也可以给每次专注加笔记。时间和文字放在一起，回顾时会更接近真实的一天。

这些内容不需要发到社交平台。它们可以只是写给自己的记录。

【目标和里程碑】
你可以在习惯下设置目标，比如一本书、一个项目、一个阶段任务。完成目标后，TimeEcho 会保留这段过程中投入的时间。久而久之，你会知道很多事情到底花了多少时间完成，而不是只留下一个模糊的印象。

【一些小功能】
- 暂停暂时不用的习惯，需要时再恢复
- 设置每日专注目标
- 修正忘记保存造成的时间误差
- 区分好习惯和坏习惯
- 查看趋势、热力图和历史记录

TimeEcho 的灵感来自柳比歇夫时间统计法、原子习惯、番茄工作法、一万小时定律和《百岁人生》。这些方法不一定要照搬，但它们都在提醒同一件事：时间只有被看见，才更容易被认真对待。
