## Timeero GPS Time Tracking Reviews in United States

### *---- "Makes Mileage Tracking An Ordeal"
I wanted a robust, easy to use mileage tracker. This one is not. After setup it tracked about a quarter of my trips. These were ~50 mile trips at freeway speed. I have no idea what it used for start and stop points but the few trips it did track were dramatically off in reported distance. You can't see what it is totaling on the phone app, you have to log in to the Admin account from the Web interface. This app is a hassle to use and is inaccurate.
-- SkyWriter, 2025-05-11

### ***** "Precision Support and a Forward-Thinking Platform"
First off shout out to Ashleigh, Timeero’s Customer Support Representative, delivered exactly what I expect from a high-performing team: clear communication, fast execution, and zero runaround. She made onboarding efficient and addressed every question without missing a beat.

What stood out even more was Timeero’s product roadmap. It’s not just surface-level updates. The roadmap reflects thoughtful planning and responsiveness to real user needs.

Ashleigh’s support wasn’t just helpful she reinforced confidence in the team behind the product.
-- SurfShawnSurf, 2025-05-06

### *---- "Complete Scam"
We were never given the option to pay monthly only one option to pay annually. We decided that after seven months, we needed something better and we found a better service. After canceling, we asked when we would get a refund for the remaining 5 months, and was told they do not give refunds at all under any circumstances. After learning this, we believe this is a scam system set up for payments just to collect money. Would be 0 rating if possible

### ***** "Awesome features and service"
Very happy with this app
-- Ben0162, 2025-03-05

### ****- "User!!"
Though we are still working on the issue until we get back to work, Katelyn has been very helpful in trying to fix an issue for me!! She seems very knowledgeable and is super sweet!!!
-- MommaTswear, 2025-01-21

### ***** "Great app, better support"
Every time I use this app I see more and more that can be done with it. Whenever I’m jammed up I click the support button, Katelyn, Jessica, or one of the other awesome staff members gets right on my issue and gets it squared away. This is how you do it. Just great service, solid app, and reasonable cost!!
-- Rob VT S, 2024-12-19

### ***** "Highly recommend"
Timeero is a great app for management and employees, making it incredibly easy to track time and mileage every day. The app is so easy to use and the support team is always willing to help via chat, call, or text.
-- Kreene11, 2024-11-15

### ***** "Easy to use & amazing customer service!"
The Timeero app is incredibly easy to use with a wide range of features that make managing payroll a breeze. It’s the best and most accurate solution I’ve found for time tracking and GPS. Customer service is outstanding—from sales to support, it feels like having a partner rather than just an app. Highly recommend for anyone looking to streamline their payroll process!
-- Cmarieazy, 2024-11-11

### ***** "New User Experience"
As a new user, Timeero has made tracking a breeze. It’s incredibly easy to track employee hours, mileage, and locations, all from one app.

The app gives me peace of mind about my team’s time and travel. The setup was quick and simple, and the app is user-friendly, even for someone just getting started.

Shout out to the customer support team. They are incredibly responsive and always willing to help me with any questions or issues I have.
-- ThrowscoachPro, 2024-11-06

### **--- "Mediocre"
Trial subscription was great but once that ends the deception begins. Administrator is charged a monthly fee to access website. What started as $8 per month jumped to $40 per month. However you have to prepay for a year and even if you change your mind an hour after signing up, no refunds. Buyer beware. Read all the fine print.
