## Timegate Employee Description
Timegate is the world’s leading Workforce Management solution for support services businesses. 

The Timegate Employee app removes the need to use a site telephone to record attendance, by allowing you to book on and off your shift, make health and safety check calls, raise incidents and complete forms and tours using the app.

The app allows seamless access to the employee portal to allow you to book holidays, view your schedule, make requests, view company announcements and much more! 

Install Guide:

1.            Ensure your mobile device is using the latest system update.
2.            Install or Reinstall Timegate Employee App from store.
3.            Once installed, ensure the Timegate Employee app is allowed to access your devices location services.
4.            Enter your Client code and Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you do not have these, please ask a member of your management team. 

NB. Your employer may not make all features available as this is subject to the security policies of your employer.

The app all of a sudden has stopped working after 3 years. I have error codes. I have reinstalled and reinstalled the app to try and fix it but nothing has worked. I have to use this app for my 2 jobs so I’m not happy as I know have to contact both companies to get help

Dreadful app . I’m lucky if it works . And constantly have to ring my line manager to let him know I’m on site . Tried a system reboot & also deleted the app and reinstalled. Be glad if my company tries a different way to book on a shift or off .

Timegate is buggy and unreliable app. Logging on is very hit and miss, it just randomly throws up errors and prevents you from logging on. I have re-installed the app but it only gives you the option to register again but not to logon, and you guessed it, that now doesnt work, preventing me from logging on and also gaining access to the portal to book holidays and see company messages etc…
 Its a poor app which isnt updated enough but needs to be, its a shame that I ‘have’ to use it for work.

Been using this for over two years now,  On average there seems to be a bug or two every month or so to do with booking on. 

You can be in the location and yet, not be able to book on due to a GPS error or just a general bug that pops up every now and then.  

One thing that will be a big help is including a option to search for specific security work ( PT Guarding, Marshall, logistics and Refits ) being forced on.  So once you enter one of these, only shifts regarding the work shows up.
