Einfach einen Ort anlegen und sich um nichts weiter kümmern. TimeKeeper nutzt GPS um vollautomatisch zu ermitteln, wann ein Ort erreicht (Check In) und verlassen wird (Check Out). Die Zeit zwischen Check In und Check Out wird gemessen. So ergibt sich die zugehörige Anwesenheitszeit. Im Laufe der Zeit werden weitere relevante Daten wie Wochen-, Monats* oder Gesamtanwesenheit berechnet. Leider erkennt das Programm häufig nicht ob ich komme, wie lange ich bleibe oder wann ich gehe. Und dann gibts tagelang gar keinen Eintrag oder einen Eintrag über mehrere Tage. Wir haben ein Vertrauensarbeitszeitmodell und mich interessiert wie ich das ausfülle. Optimierungsvorschläge: - Möglichkeit zum Zusammenfassen mehrerer CheckIns am Tag fehlt mir. Beispiel: Mittagspause außerhalb des Büros. CheckOut ist korrekt, doch die Rückkehr zum Büro wird als neuer CheckIn gewertet. Man muss die Einträge dann händisch korrigieren, um eine Sicht auf die Anwesenheit an einem Tag zu haben. - Beim CheckOut erfasst die App oft nicht, dass ich das Büro und die Gegend verlassen habe. Ich bin nicht sicher da noch nicht lange genug im Einsatz aber kann man nur einzelne Monate als csv exportieren? Zu diesem günstigen Preis in der erweiterten Version kann man bis zu 20 dauerhafte gps Zonen mit gewünschten aktiv Radius abspeichern und diese natürlich noch Unterschiedlich benennen. Die Benachrichtigung auf meine mi band 4 funktioniert einwandfrei wenn man eine gps zone betrifft oder verlässt. Bin super glücklich mit der Software!
