## TimeNinja Description
TimeNinja is the visual timer and daily planner built for ADHD brains.

With ADHD, time doesn't feel like it moves. "Five minutes" turns into forty, the task you meant to start never begins, and mornings fall apart at the front door. That's time blindness, and it isn't a willpower problem: it's hard to manage time you can't see. TimeNinja makes time something you can see, one small step at a time.

FREE DURING LAUNCH
Every feature is unlocked for everyone right now. No payment, no account, no ads.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Capture it. Add a task in seconds, by typing or with your voice. Big and fuzzy is fine.
2. Break it down. Tap Break It Down and "clean my room" becomes small first steps you can actually start. It runs on your iPhone, not in the cloud.
3. See your day. Today shows what's now, what's next, and one clear button to start. No overwhelming lists.
4. Watch time move. Start a step and a visual timer shrinks as time passes, on your Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and on your Apple Watch. A gentle tap tells you when time is up.
5. Learn your real times. Every finished task teaches TimeNinja how long things really take you, so tomorrow's plan is closer to reality.

PLAN BACKWARDS FROM A DEADLINE
Flight at 9? Add the deadline and the steps, and TimeNinja tells you the one time that matters: when to start. A heads-up 10 minutes before a planned task, and another when it's time to begin, help you start on time.

INTERRUPTED? PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF
Pause, get pulled away, come back later. Your timer and your place in a routine are kept, even if you close the app.

FAMILY MODE FOR KIDS WITH ADHD
Build picture routines with photos of your child's real things, like their toothbrush and school bag, and record steps in your own voice. Your child runs the routine on their own: one step at a time, time shown as a picture that shrinks, no reading needed. You stop being the reminder, and mornings get calmer. Leaving kid mode needs Face ID or your passcode.

APPLE WATCH
See the timer on your wrist. Pause, resume or finish with a tap, and feel a gentle tap when time is up.

BUILT ON HOW ADHD WORKS
TimeNinja follows what research says helps ADHD brains: make time visible, start with one small step, put reminders outside your head, and never punish a missed day. No streaks to lose and no red marks. Running late is always okay.

WHO IT'S FOR
• Adults and teens with ADHD or time blindness
• Parents of kids with ADHD or autism who want calmer routines
• Anyone who always thinks it'll take ten minutes
• Students juggling homework and deadlines

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. Your tasks, routines and photos stay on your iPhone. No ads and no tracking.

TimeNinja is a productivity tool designed with ADHD challenges in mind. It does not diagnose or treat ADHD.
