I downloaded and deleted so many time tracking apps, I’m so happy I found this one. My main use is to track supplement/med timing. I start a stopwatch (counting UP from 0) when a dose is taken. I can do this from my phone (app or widget) or my watch. Before taking another dose; I check the stopwatch to know how much time has passed. With a second dose, I would start a separate stopwatch in order to maintain the counting on the first one. I have stopwatches pre-labeled with names (myself, mom, pets, etc), medication, and organized with colors. The developer is very responsive and has actually made all improvements I’ve suggested.
