## Timeshel Description
timeshel is a monthly photo printing service that makes it easy to preserve your favorite moments and document your life story with professional grade prints - all from your iPhone or iPad.

How does it work?
Add moments to your timeshel story throughout the month. At the end of each month (midnight on the last day) those moments will automatically print and ship to your home (or the home of a loved one should you choose).

What makes timeshel different from other photo printing apps?
Using timeshel encourages and reminds us to take more meaningful photos of the people we love. Receive prints each month and keep them organized with our keepsake packaging. Building your story over time makes it easy to pass on to future generations.

Explore the app at no cost and sign-up whenever you’re ready to start receiving your prints.

Pricing:
+ 30 prints in keepsake packaging for $19.95 per month (shipping, handling, & tax included)
+ 10 prints in keepsake packaging for $9.95 per month (shipping, handling, & tax included)

Print Sizes:
timeshel prints rectangles (4” X 6”) or squares (4” X 4”) automatically based on whichever you upload (Perfect for Instagrams!).

Key features:

Flexible Subscription:
Switch between the 30 print and 10 print tiers at any time to meet your needs. Miss a month? No problem. Add moments to any past, missed month and still get prints at the end of that month. Want to skip a month? That's OK too - just tap 'skip a month' in the menu and you won't be billed.

Quality Matters!
timeshel uses genuine photographic processes and archival quality photo paper guaranteed to look great and stand the test of time. Corner stores and 'free print' companies cannot match professional grade papers and print processes.

Doubles:
Want to give a photo to a friend? Short a few moments for a month? Tap any photo in your story and choose '2X' to receive doubles. One for keeping, one for sharing!

Share Your Story:
Want to send your story to a loved one? Designate someone else as the primary recipient or add additional recipients to ship multiple copies of your story to different addresses.

Multiple Device Support:
Share login credentials and build your story across multiple devices with those you love.

## Timeshel Reviews in United States

### ***** "Keep Going Well"
I’ve been using timeshel since 2023 and not once they’ve disappointed. I love their quality of work, and how good they’re at it. Proud to be the app user.

### ***** "Great stuff"
The packaging is so sturdy and cool. I was able to pause my subscription and take it up again when I wanted more pics. The photos are larger now, I wonder if I can adjust size I like the smaller ones better bc they’re more unique
-- Lovely Bump, 2024-04-11

### ***** "My favorite app!"
Timeshel is easily my favorite app!! The effortless reward of having amazing photo show up at my doorstep each month is such a gift. And my kids love it too- we all gather round to look at the photos when they arrive. It produces such a sweet sense of family identity. Love it!
-- Hogenmiller, 2023-07-02

### ***** "User since day 1"
We have used this service to document our life thru dating, marriage, and 3 kids- we love reflecting on our month as a family.
-- Ali Pfitz, 2023-03-19

### *---- "This company is a joke"
Tried a free trial and decided it wasn’t for me. Went to cancel my subscription, and found out you CANT without emailing their customer service (How is that even allowed??). Received an email littered with grammar mistakes from them saying, “How come you are canceling”, and implying that I was trying to hurt their small business by taking the free trial without subscribing (Excuse me, what do you think a free trial is FOR? To try something.) Bye forever, Timeshel!

### ***** "100% satisfaction"
I’ve never written a review for anyone good or bad but I absolutely love this app. photo quality is great, packaging is amazing, and their customer service is the best I’ve dealt with. 100% recommend timeshel!
-- mreynolds3, 2022-07-06

### ***** "An Essential Subscription Service"
Timeshel is essential. Now that everyone takes pictures on their phones, Timeshel allows you to take those photos and easily print them. No need to download the photos, put on a flash drive, and take to you local Rite Aid to print. You can do all of that from the comfort of your couch with Timeshel. I recently had an experience where I forgot to add photos before they printed and shipped. I reached out to Timeshel and they were very helpful in resolving my issue, great customer service. The photos are fantastic quality and I will be using these to put into an actual photo album. 5/5 recommend.

### ***** "Perfectly Captured"
If you are a photo fanatic like me, then you will become more and more dramatic with EACH DELIVERY. It is definitely an unveiling process for my grandmother and I. She gasps at each perfectly captured moment like SHE WASN’T there lol and most likely, she was. My photo walls at home and on my job always stops people dead in their tracks, in awe of the lives happening around them. Thank you, Timeshel, for your service😘

### *---- "Used to be great- so disappointing now"
I used to LOVE my subscription to Timeshel so much. I even got my daughter an account of her own. I’ve been a user for 2 years. Though the prints are beautiful, if you do not manual ‘skip’ months, you will be billed. The customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. The only method of communication is email. In the past, I would get a response within 2/3 days. My most recent billing issue, I’ve still not gotten a response about and have instead had to issue a dispute through my credit card company. Beautiful prints can be found through a number of easy to se apps, consider one highly rated in customer service. You may not ever need them but if you have an issue, you’ll appreciate having them…Timeshel definitely does not have quick to respond customer service.

### ***** "Excelllent print quality and easy to use!"
I’ve been using this app for several years to print pics monthly and it is the best. Great quality and the app is very easy to use. I love the picture size and borders, and ability to edit in app. I could not recommend this app more!
