Easy to use app and I felt better after using it.

Have been using time shifter for quite a while and had three major trips (with a +-6h time difference) where I used this app. Before, I would have major jetlags, but since using Timeshifter I’ve had no jet lag symptoms at all! It is kind of weird when you have to wear your sunglasses at certain points, but sticking to this schedule really makes all the difference. I hope this app never quits, because I wouldn’t know how to beat a jet lag without this. Could not recommend more

I have been using Timeshifter for 6 months, including for trips over multiple timezones and it helped me a great deal to adapt and also re-adjust quickly when back. Whenever I’ve had issues with the app, I had very quick and useful answers from the staff through the chat

I used Timeshifter for my recent trip to Tokyo from the US and had virtually no jet lag in either direction. Will absolutely be using it on my next trip overseas trip.

An 8 hour time change from Dallas, TX to Rethymno, Crete for our daughter’s wedding. Needless to say, it was a huge day for mom and dad and we wanted to be fresh and adjusted after the long travel. We followed all the notifications and experienced no jet lag whatsoever. Our daughter actually included your app on their website for all international guests. I have used Timeshifter for several years for both personal and professional travel. It’s the secret behind my “no jet lag” superpower.

Don’t be one of those people who travels all the way to the EU or Asia and is unable to focus and get work done and starts falling asleep by 3pm in the afternoon. I follow the suggestions in Timeshifter and don’t miss a beat traveling to Asia and back home. I’m more productive. My teams are happy. my family is happy when I get home and overall, it makes me feel as if nothing changed. Previously, I thought I had a system but I was doing it all wrong, now I am a big fan of this app!

Traveled to Japan. Never have been so far away before. Saw something on the internet about the Timeshifter app. I followed it the best I could maybe 75% and I experienced little to no jet lag after a 15 hour flight and 14hr time change. Would recommend

In the past, I’ve traveled to Europe and suffered from jet lag also when I’ve traveled from the West Coast to the East Coast and had to get up the next morning early. So Jetlag has been a problem in the past for me. I use this app when my wife and I went from the West Coast of United States to Spain last year. We followed the instructions that they gave on when to sleep when to get light when to have coffee when not to have coffee, etc.. When we arrived in Spain, we were ready to hit the ground running and never experienced any jet lag. We attribute that success to the app. We are hoping that it will do the same for us on our upcoming trip to Italy.

I’ve used Timeshifter for a few overseas trips and it’s fantastic. Simple directions that make sense and fit my normal sleep schedule.
