Incredibly helpful

I tried out Timeshifter on a trip from Copenhagen to San Francisco (9 hour time difference). While the advice was a bit tough on travel days (westbound couldn’t have caffeine all day until the evening, and eastbound wasn’t allowed to try and sleep much on the plane), it really worked and I ended up not suffering from jetlag at all, in both directions!! Now just finding myself a bit annoyed that airlines tend to have light, darkness and meals at all the wrong times but tried to follow all advice as well as I could. Highly recommend and I’m raving all about it to my friends & family. Thank you Timeshifter team!!

I've found the app really useful for avoiding jetlag on Trans Atlantic business trips. The guidance on sleep times, light and caffeine is really useful, and the UI is beautiful.

Copenhagen - Bangkok - Melbourne. 8 hours time difference. I had troubles sleeping on the first leg as Timeshifter suggested but it worked. No jet lag - Amazing!

I’ve used Timeshifter for a trip to Japan. I’ve got it recommend by Allan (one of your investors). And I most say it worked out really well despite not following the plan completely at all points. I will be using Timeshifter again for my next trip to NY in 2 months. Best Tobias

I do Timeshifter too, it is simply the best invention after the jet engine! Flying to Australia from Copenhagen is simply the easiest thing, I'm sorry I really mean it! I'm flying across the world a lot and after Timeshifter I simply haven't had jet lag and that has been from using Timeshifter for the first time in late 2017 and onwards, love it, thanks for letting me enjoy my time away from home...without fighting jet lag!

I have just returned to Denmark after 3 weeks in the US with family. As long as I can remember I have always struggled with jet lag on business and holiday trips (especially when flying East), and I’ve had to use prescription sleep medication for many days after a trip (in each direction) in order to recover. But for the first time ever - by following my Timeshifter plan - I have had absolutely no jet lag symptoms at all. THAT IS TRULY AMAZING TO ME.😊 Thank you Timeshifter! I used to suffer hard from Jetlag when travelling. Then I meet Timeshifter. By following these simple guidelines I am now free of Jetlag when travelling. The design and touch is so great I can’t recommend this app enough

Works really well

We have a lot of short Europe to US and back trips this year and I normally struggle with jet lag. So on a recent trip, I downloaded Timeshifter in an act of desperation in the middle of the night. I used on the return flight and on a return trip this weekend. It worked really well even though I only follow the advice like 60-80% of the time. I rated my jet lag mild-insignificant. The layout is also super clean and pretty, which makes it easy to follow the advice.
