J’ai testé le plan gratuit de cette app en suivant les recommandations. Je n’ai ressenti AUCUN jetlag durant la première semaine de mon séjour, ce qui était une grande première. Au retour, je n’ai puis suivre que partiellement les recommandations (en fonction de l’emploi du temps, des séjours dans le séjour, c’est parfois plus difficile) et là par contre, j’en paye les frais. Donc avec des mesures répétée en intra, j’ai vraiment pu observer une nette différence. Je suis vraiment satisfaite de l’app, qui en plus de son efficacité est super ergonomique.
