it is very important to follow the plan to make sure it works.
even if you don’t feel like sleeping in a economy middle seat - put on a eyemask & use ear plugs. every minute you can wind down will definitely help!

Leider Wirkungslos
Die App ist schick, lässt sich gut bedienen. Die Tipps sind leider manchmal etwas irreführend, man muss sich schon immer sehr genau durchlesen, was welches Symbol genau aussagt. Der Grund für 2 Sterne: Die App bringt nichts. Der Jetlag ist wie immer. Dafür dann 10€ pro Flugreise bzw. 30€ pro Jahr bezahlen zu sollen ist schon ein sehr schlechter Witz und grenzt an Abzocke.
Treuer Begleiter auf Reisen
Seit Jahren verwende ich diese App auf Reisen. Ich habe zwar weiterhin einen Jetlag, jedoch ist die er nicht mehr ganz so schlimm. Das Design ist einfach, schön und effektiv. Dazu tragen auch die Benachrichtigungen bei, die einen, die einen je nach Uhrzeit auffordern, entweder Licht zu meiden, sich Licht auszusetzen, zu schlafen oder wach zu bleiben.
Nicht besonders hilfreich
Ich bin kürzlich von Seattle nach Deutschland geflogen und musste mit einem Zeitunterschied von 8 Stunden zurecht kommen. Da ich den Jetlag das letzte Mal stark gespürt habe, wollte ich die App testen. Nach einem kleinen Fragebogen hatte ich am Ende einen Zeitplan erhalten, der mir keinen Mehrwert brachte, wodurch sich der Jetlag nicht vom letzten Jetlag unterschied. Nach diesem hätte ich quasi den kompletten Flug durchschlafen und anschließend mein Leben einfach wie normal (ausreichend Licht tagsüber/Dunkelheit abends) führen sollen. Dies bringt jedoch nichts, wenn man im unbequemen Flugzeug tagsüber nicht schlafen kann und dann zurück im eigenen Bett nachts wach liegt.

Worked perfectly for me - short trip FFM-San José-FFM for 5 days. No jet lag - full of energy so that I could give 100% at our workshop. Also travel home made it very comfortable. I avoided to drink too much alcohol what also supported the impact. Complete lack of understanding from my UK colleagues ;)
Works pretty well for me.
Using the app since a couple of months for regular schedule between Germany and US. Adhered to the recommendations to a certain extend for reduced the Jetlag substantially. Best result so far was arriving in Kentucky from Europe and instead of getting up at 3ish my alarm had to be triggered to wake me up at 7am. Wonderful!
Miraculous- no jet-lag
I honestly did not believe before that these very mild measures could make such a difference. But just following the advice from the time shifter app enabled me to experience my New York trip without any jet leg effects. Deeply impressed!

I used to suffer immensely from Jetlag between Europe and LA - both ways! This is the first time I tried Timeshifter and followed its instructions quite religiously (as much as possible). I have NO Jetlag, which is phantastic!
