Misleading advice on conquering jet lag — often promoted by non-experts — not only fails to help travelers but can make jet lag symptoms worse and may even cause harm.

With much of international travel this app became indispensable for me. Yes, you would need to follow instructions thoroughly, and it often includes a certain level of hardship. Yes, instructions aren’t always as clear as I would like and lack practical examples of behavior patterns. But if you do it all right, the results will amaze you.

時差ボケなく旅行を楽しみたかったので利用しました。

アプリから定期的に時差ボケを防ぐための指示が旅行会社日の3〜4日前か送られてきます。睡眠、カフェイン摂取、光量調整などの行動を指示通りに行うと全くと言っていいほど時差ボケを感じません。

金額的にも大変お手頃だったので、有料版を使いました。高くない旅行代金と貴重な時間をこのアプリによって無駄にせずに済むので高くない買い物です。

I’ve used this app time and time again for many overseas trips and it really helps to reduce jet lag. While it doesn’t get rid of it entirely, I find I am able to get acclimated quicker and have more energy throughout my trip. Highly recommended! Four stars as it is a little pricey for what you get, especially as we’re not traveling as much as we used to.
