Misleading advice on conquering jet lag — often promoted by non-experts — not only fails to help travelers but can make jet lag symptoms worse and may even cause harm.

I used this app for a trip to Japan which is 7 hours + from my usual time zone. The experience was great! I got notifications telling me how to act, when to avoid caffeine, when to sleep, and so on. I could also easily overview my whole schedule for the day regarding my jet lag prevention activities. I am usually very sensitive to loosing sleep and such, but by using the app I felt almost no jet lag at all. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently discovered an app that significantly reduced the effect of jet lag. Two days before my flight back to Sweden from Texas which has a seven hour difference I started using TimeShifter. I didn’t follow the advice to the letter but close enough. I’ve been two days home and feel like I’m on track to a normal routine. I highly recommend this application.
