Used this app for a trip the New Zealand and had no jet lag at all
Excellent app
Used the app for a trip from Manchester to Melbourne always have jet lag no matter what I tried so thought I would give it a go…cannot believe how amazing it is had no jet lag at all and so easy to follow. Highly recommend … ! Will definitely be using in the future.

Worked really well for us and had virtually no jet lag whilst here.
Bugs and deletions - no support?
Halfway through my travels the app crashed and lead to a white screen (a known problem on Apple), following the steps recommended lead to my plan being deleted and know I’m being asked to pay to create a new plan. I’ve asked for support but no reply at all. Such a shame as I’m now without a plan for my final part of my travel!
It really works!
Recommended to me by my Doctor, I used Timeshifter on a recent trip from London to New Zealand. I followed the recommendations closely and experienced no detectable jet lag at all. Amazing! I wish I had discovered it years ago.
This really worked for me
I had two trips, UK-Peru & Peru-Greece, whereby i had to keep my jet lag to the minimum possible. Followed through 90% of the steps, it massively helped!
Made a big difference
You can’t follow instinct but time shifter set out a plan that I followed and it made a big difference to my adjustment to a new time zone - with instructions for each leg of a long haul flight
Highly recommend
A great way to avoid jet lag if you are someone who likes structure! The plans seem a bit crazy but they really work and are very do-able if you commit. I just travelled London to Singapore and on to Australia two days later and had no jet lag.

Great app, I’ve not experienced any significant jet lag since using the app for travel from the Uk and back, to Australia, USA and the Far East
