## TimeTrex Reviews in United States

### *---- "Awful"
Who designed some of these features? The “clock” that you can select time on is ridiculous, especially when using 24h time format. Also cannot clock in without allowing access to your camera (which takes a picture of you in the background with no notification whatsoever). Was this app developed by a middle schoolers coding camp?
-- Sukkitopy, 2024-07-25

### *---- "Still not working"
Ever since the last update the app freezes when trying to open a paystub. Today’s update did not fix the paystub issue.
-- cplatinumlove, 2024-03-01

### **--- "Paystub issues"
Can’t view paystub since last update, please fix!
-- LAE1245, 2024-02-29

### **--- "New Update Problem"
I can’t open the paystub!!!! Fix this please
-- jl8987889, 2024-02-24

### ***** "Works as designed"
After upgrading to iPads the time system works well. Bumpy in the beginning but updates have crushed the bugs
-- Ericfixit, 2024-02-01

### **--- "It does it’s job"
It seams that in my area in southern Utah, the location is always having troubles. Which is the hole purpose we use this app. To have the leniency to allow our staff to clock in and out on job sites is important to us, I don’t want to babysit adults and I was hoping this could be a toll to mediate this for us.
-- 1988wasagoodyr, 2022-11-30

### ***** "Not Minecraft"
Not Minecraft like it said on video very angry so angry I’m peing out froth from every pore better luck next time i guessed
-- noahs food reviews, 2022-09-27

### ***-- "Mediocre"
This app is slowly improving, latest update in the right direction, staff need to be able to request expenses, and supervisors should be able to approve requests. Do better for us, but thank you for timesheet view for staff.
-- Rsgk80, 2022-09-18

### *---- "Time trex mobile app"
After the app was upgraded it no longer worked on my iphone11 . Then I just recently upgraded to iPhone 13 pro and it still doesn’t work. It says it cannot connect to URL server but it use to. Any suggestion will be welcome.
-- BOUJIELADY, 2022-02-24

### **--- "Just ok"
While it serves basic functions of clocking in and out, it is only accurate about 50% of the time. Other coworkers have been getting all these auto options which then leaves them with pending punches. Geofence is not at all accurate, it shows I am clocking in 5 miles down the road and could be standing in the nurses station. Other than mediocre clocking in, the app is useless. I get messages of subordinate missing punches, gives me a phone notification, but I can’t actually address it in the app. I also cannot approve or view my time card anywhere that I can see. I also cannot find out to add an abscess (PTO, on call, etc) from the app. It basically does not of these basic functions which would be so beneficial as far as convenience and usability goes.
