The verification process is endless

This app regularly forgets saved card details, the app resets and you have to log in again and times where it remembers the cards it can forget the assigned names on the cards which isn’t fun if you’re managing multiple cards for your family. You also need to remember if you originally signed up with your email or mobile number because when the app resets and you’re forced to sign in again you need to remember which method your originally used otherwise you fill in your contact information again but it’s actually creating a new account without warning even though they have both email and mobile details on file. It was a problem when we were on holidays and forgot our cards and not realising the reason they were showing up in the app was because I used my mobile number instead of my email.

$20 voucher offered and not available

I have multiple cards linked to me. It would be nice if I didn’t have load one at a time, having to do multiple transactions.

Can’t get past the captcha each time. Bugged app. Has been like this for several months with no fix.

So I added a mobile and a email to my account for the $10 voucher. I waited days and it never came through. Also, the app no longer loads.

Worst app ever, can’t even login. Asks stupid picture things and you go through all of them and then it rejects you. Needs to be fixed as not going to time zone now due to this.

i sign up and comes up with a capcha and once i finish it it says “oops incorrect submission please try again” and no matter how many times i do it it fails so disappointed

In the App Store, the app is advertised as offering daily opportunities to play games on the app and win. However, it does not offer this opportunity and was wondering if there are any plans to follow through on this and how soon these games will be available.
