app doesn’t work after the update
Bring back the old portal to sign in, the new and updated one doesn’t work.

Only got the app so i can how much money ive wasted
Hmmm
Ok app, but the card nickname’s get wiped when you top up at the counter.
Can’t top up….?
Downloaded this when I found out That’s how I can utilise the double dollars special. Did everything I needed to but couldn’t top up. Wouldn’t verify. Then I couldn’t enter my details for the free $10 top up promotion. Interesting…. That’s how you take advantage of promotions but can’t actually participate.
Keeps crashing
The app is fine when you need to check your card but when there is a popular promotion happening or when you are about to top up, the app will crash. Then I need to sign back in which is sketchy after I already registered but now doesnt appear to have my account details???
Decent app
I personally haven’t had any issues with the app. It would however be good if you could safely save your card details so that you don’t have to enter them every time you top up
Can’t log in
Worked well when I signed up but after a few months I got logged out so had to sign back in. Now when I try to sign in it won’t let me and just says “no guest data found” I’m assuming that all my card info may also be gone but I’ll have to see the next time I go time zone.
Waste of time
Why make an app that doesn’t work?
App is average
Can’t even contact Timezone through the app but where’s my sign up credit it’s been 2months dumb
