Utrolig dårlig kundeservice og veldig lite behjelpelige
Prøvde å klage inn til Timma om en svært uprofesjonell opplevelse hos en frisør som jeg booket gjennom de. De fraskriver seg alt ansvar og kunne ikke hjelpe til med å løse situasjonen. Fremstår som et sleipt og lite seriøst opplegg, med uprofesjonelle aktører. Råder folk til å booke direkte med en salong, ikke gjennom Timma.

If you can’t keep the app updated, shut it down!! Traveling for close to 1 hour, to find out the business is shut down for good 🤯😡. Talked to the owner on the phone and she was assured me she had told you multiple times.

Good, but…
…seems like adding a favorite salon would be a useful feature. That way, you wouldn't have to search for your preferred salon every time you need to book an appointment. Something to consider for a future update.
