tinana ist eine zertifizierte medizinische App: Videotherapie und Physio-Training für zuhause helfen dabei, digitale Lösungen mit der Behandlung vor Ort zu verbinden.

Die Nutzung der App ist für Therapeuten und Patienten kostenlos.

HINWEIS ZUR NUTZUNG

Um tinana nutzen zu können, musst du dir ein tinana-Konto erstellen, indem du dich mit deinen persönlichen Daten registrierst. Wenn du tinana als Patient nutzt, benötigst du für die Freischaltung der Inhalte einen Aktivierungscode, den du unmittelbar von deinem Physiotherapeuten erhältst. Ohne Eingabe des Aktivierungscodes ist die Nutzung der App zurzeit nicht möglich.

DAS BIETET TINANA

Videotherapie: 
Betreue deine Patienten per Videosprechstunde, wenn ein Termin vor Ort nicht möglich ist. Oder nutze den Videoanruf als flexible Ergänzung. Seit 01. April für viele Heilmittel zugelassen und für gesetzlich Versicherte voll abrechnungsfähig.

Physiotherapie-Training für zuhause:
Lade deine Patienten zu tinana ein, damit sie mit der App zuhause trainieren können. Die Übungsvideos passen sich automatisch an Gesundheitszustand der Patienten an.

Selbst erstellte Übungsvideos:
Verwende tinana, um mit dem Smartphone des Patienten persönlich Übungsvideos aufzunehmen.

Trainingsstatistiken:
Die Trainingsstatistiken enthalten eine Zusammenfassung der Trainingseinheiten, die der Patient absolviert hat. So behalten Therapeut und Patient nicht nur den Überblick, sondern es motiviert auch, die Journey weiterzugehen.

Übungsauswahl ist noch ziemlich gering und unspezifisch. Keine Möglichkeit selbst Übungen aufzuschreiben und hinzuzufügen.

Was bereits vorhanden ist aber durchaus gut durchdacht und nutzbar.

Idee und Umsetzung ist super, allerdings sind bisher nur sehr wenig Übungen vorhanden, damit kann ich noch keinen guten Trainingsplan erstellen. Ich habe bisher nur einen Test Patienten angelegt. Sobald ich vom Patienten eigene Videos aufnehmen kann (oder selbst welche erstellen) und die dann auch in seinen Statistiken auftauchen, könnte man die app tatsächlich am Patienten nutzen.

Ich bin begeistert von der tinana App! Sie ist kostenlos und super intuitiv zu bedienen. Ich habe sie in meinen Arbeitsalltag integriert und bemerke bereits eine deutliche Verbesserung in meiner Arbeit als Physiotherapeut. Die App hat die Kommunikation mit meinen Patienten deutlich verbessert und ermöglicht dadurch schnellere Therapieerfolge. Ich kann sie nur weiterempfehlen!

### *---- "Inhalte?"
Tatsächlich kann ich nichts über diese App sagen, obwohl ich sie geladen und aktiviert habe. Denn eigentlich gibt es auch nichts zu sagen. Wenn du dich das erste Mal anmeldest, kannst du die App eigentlich gar nicht ausprobieren. Du kannst keinen virtuellen Patienten anlegen. Du hast kein Tutorial. Du kannst keine Übungsvideos anschauen. Das bedeutet für den Praxisalltag, dass du keine Ahnung hast, was du deinen Patienten anbietest. Es wird ein Blindflug. Du musst dich einfach darauf verlassen, dass die Übungen für deine Patienten geeignet sind. Das würde ich zum Beispiel niemals empfehlen, für einen frisch operierten Patienten nach einer Rotatorenmanschetten Operation. Welche Übungen hinterlegt sind, und ob sie geeignet sind, konnte ich nicht in Erfahrung bringen.
letztlich sammelt diese App unter anderem auch sensible Daten, ohne Unterschrift des Patienten für die DSVG einzuholen. Ist das dennoch DSGV-Konform? 
Alles was die App aktuell anbietet, kann ich völlig unkompliziert auch ohne App erledigen.. es sei denn, man könnte sehen, was die App TATSÄCHLICH anbietet.
