I’m not sure what happened, emailed them, spoke to multiple people and they all said a generic response that states I violated the guidelines and their decision is final.

Community Guidelines
The community guidelines is probably the stupidest thing they have on this app. I put just the singular word “lookin” in my bio and it’s against community guidelines? smh tinder got a lot to fix until then I’m off of it.
You have all those matches because it’s a scam, genius
They want you to pay. Every time two people match there is a chance they are losing two customers. So they DON’T WANT you to match, how stupid are you people? There’s no “technical errors” you naive child, they’re running a smoke and mirrors show to get you to pay them money
Horrible
Downloaded paid for premium. Nothing works. At all. I have restarted phone, redownloaded app, tried it in the browser. Signed in and out. And even attempted to delete my account and it won’t allow me. Also paid for a boost and still nothing. Attempted a refund through apple twice and it was declined. Paid $25 for nothing and to make it worse there is no customer service. I have done all troubleshooting steps suggested in the app. Also it has been 4 days!!
Too many communications from tinder
Stop sending me notifications every day. I only get on here once in a great while . . . . By choice. I don’t want to be bothered by Tinder every day.
Went down hill
App use to be good but I just swiped left for five minutes and not one girl was a potential missed match and meanwhile I have 79 likes. It’s just wasting your time, giving you a batch every three times it resets. I bought it and it’s trash. A lot of people promote themselves and it’s not really a dating site or even a site to meet someone. It’s hard to not past ten profiles without 8 of them sponsoring themselves. Tinder should really clean the bots and focus on customer satisfaction

Why ask how far of a distant if you only send pictures of men who are nowhere near me?? I live in Salem ma, but people from Vermont, Maine, the cape, even places I’ve never heard of show up. Are you telling me there are no single men in my area?? Danvers ma, Peabody ma, Beverly ma????
Banned and got turned down for help.
My account was banned which was an issue that I had help with before. My account was reviewed and it was shown that I didn’t violate any guidelines or terms of service. My account was banned for a second time maybe like a week after the first time it was banned. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out and get help with this issue yet each time despite offering to show whatever proof I needed to I was ignored. I had a previous work order number that would show this was becoming reoccurring issue. I had screenshots I could send of previous interactions with tinder support staff. Yet I was offered no help whatsoever with this issue. I will still continue to try and get my account back. I just wish it wasn’t so difficult of a process to do and that they’d actually be willing to listen.
