App is fine but slow to load

Liam G K 1 on

Overall it’s fine. Tapping park may mean a wait for the map to load but that is the only negative. Not sure why there is a delay.

Very bad and useless application, avoid!!

Stopped working

Eire2016! on

Liked the app, really handy as I rarely have coins on me but there seems to be a bug as it’s not allowing me to actually pay for my parking. It shows my location on the map but does not show any of the actual car park ‘pins’ for me to tap on to pay for the parking. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but no change. Just checked with another person in the car park and they said it is the same for them.

Worst app ever

Tipp Parker on

This is so bad, it’s very misleading - doesn’t mention about having to put such a huge top up - average parking in Tipperary is between €0.50 and €0.75 per hour, so €10 as a minimum amount for parking which isn’t mentioned anywhere until you try and use it, is quite misleading... My advice - don’t use it and just keep spare change - I’ve already uninstalled it... its rubbish ...

The worst app and very deceiving

Itchy & Scratchy on

They lead you to believe that you can pay as you use for the parking but then “force” customers to “top-up” minium of €10, which is a little excessive for interim parking. They falsely state it’s a council endorsed app but in fact it’s just another sneaky way of luring customers. They also charge €0.50c “processing fee” when you top up your account - without any prior indication of doing so - my advice, keep coins on you and don’t use this App. 👎 ****** update - the developer- has said I have rated their app falsely and used derogatory statements and said my review is wrong and I should change it they say the statements I made are wrong? They state the fee is in their T&C - but it’s not on their stickers they put on parking meters to advertise- so... who’s misleading the public here with falsities and misrepresentations? I would suggest they learn advertising regulation and statutory laws on publication of product?? Using words such “which is extremely misleading and filled with falsities” also “Tipperary eParking is a service owned and provided by Tipperary County Council” Erm.... no they don’t, it’s operated by a “company” called ParkMagic who are based in “LIMERICK” ?? Their attempt of wanting a forced change with baseless threats are ridiculous and amusing- take it to court if you want a change... No, I won’t change my review - .... 😂
