No customer service
Made online transfer since 30th May and till now nothing received. After some trials with customer service and too much delay, they asked to send email with full details and till now it’s more than 5 days with no response. Most probably will escalate that to authority.

التطبيق سيئ جدا احفظ اموالك تم تحويل مبالغ للبطاقة .. ولا تضاف في حساب البطاقة وضار لي أكثر من شهر حتى الآن في تقديم شكاوى ضد تيكمو والى الآن لم تضاف المبالغ في حساب البطاقة .
