Every time I login it asks me to reactivate my card which I did for countless times!! The team doesn’t know how to resolve this issue and their only response is “we’re looking into this” and then just close the ticket without even confirming with the customer!! -- Khuloodam, 2026-02-06 ### *---- "Bad customer support" Bad customer support – actually no support at all. The app is poorly managed and the team behind it doesn’t help users. Overall, the app experience is very bad and not reliable. -- Twirl., 2025-08-27 ### *---- "Not working! No support!" I can’t login every time ask me to register again many time (the number is already registered! Duplicate Card!) -- Sultan_AA, 2025-07-30 ### *---- "M" I cant connect my card although i have Emirati ENBD card. Theres no customer support to reach out to. -- Salama-1997, 2025-07-04 ### ***-- "لا يدعم العربية" لماذا مخصص للإماراتيين و هو لا يدعم العربية؟؟؟ -- الكفيف العربي UAE, 2025-06-16 ### *---- "Unable to link card" Fail -- Butsimanson, 2025-06-04 ### *---- "False advertising" They claim you get access to oxygen but the gym has never heard of the application before and was kept waiting for more then an hour and ended up leaving -- alo644, 2025-04-19 ### *---- "Card is not connecting" I’ve attempted to link my card three times, but it’s still not working. I reached out to customer service, and they mentioned they’re looking into the issue, but I haven’t received any updates for a week now. -- AT-Dubai, 2025-02-25 ### ***** "Lifestyle HACK!" I Love this app. Now I can eat from my favorite restaurant with a discount and hit multiple gyms in Dubai for free! 😍 -- EisaALJ, 2024-12-18 [View all Tistahal reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Tistahal Available In - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/tistahal-eUwu/united-arab-emirates) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/tistahal-eUwu/india) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
