First, I cannot even find my church. Second, I can’t edit a payment. Many other issues I have documented. I must have done this when I signed up in august because reoccurring payments happening, but something seems to have changed. Worst app I have ever used.
It is not convenient. I can’t edit my account and find removal account.
Just in the last few weeks, I have had to enter my credentials again. Tithely has not saved them. I login from the mobile app so I’m curious as to how well protected are my credentials. I will delete the app.
A wonderful app for monthly tithe, offering and mission giving! Every church should use it!
When I press Give Now, it just opens a blank webpage
This is the most frustrating app! My automatic payments were never processed and there is little to no support from the site.
No matter what I enter in (church name or address) it won’t pull up my church
I have used the app for a few years at different churches Its a breeze to set up Once your bank info is in In a few taps your giving is done. It also tracks your giving. Highly reccomend
I am very frustrated with this app. It needs to be redone or deleted. After entering all my information and creating a transaction the app gives me an error message that the transaction could not be completed. I then had to start over and renter all my information. When I looked at my checking account both transactions went through. I don’t think this will impress any newcomers.
Do not use this service there is no real person to speak with plus I donated a nice sum of money to the church of my choosing. The amount that came out of my bank was $110 less so that tells me somewhere my church that I donated too didn’t get that money. Where did it go? I did email the company and they did respond with the correct amount that I gave however it does NOT reflect in my bank account. Something in the milk ain’t clean so it seems unless there is something going on I do not know in that case I should know.
