This app never ever work correctly. You have to change your password every time

Every time I attempt to use the app when I need to in the store and even at home it fails to authenticate and log you in. Attempts to change the password to see if it would fix the problem always fail. The TJMaxx website. This is the only company app & website I use that is consistently nonfunctional. Stop frustrating customers and push your development & technical team to fix these issues. TJMaxx is So archaic the store can’t look up your account nor can they provide accrued coupon info so this app needs to work or you’re out of luck urghhhh! ;-(

This app hardly ever opens when I need to use it to get my rewards. Such a disappointment. Please improve this app!

The product search feature is not functional. It doesn’t have an up to date search function that works properly making it useless for shoppers wanting to find desired items.

I have had nothing but problems with this app I can NEVER!!, log in. No matter what I do. Other people are not happy with this app either so why aren’t you addressing this? You would not allow me to pay my bill late! Heidi

I’ve had issues since I got a TJMax rewards card being able to login to the app. It never recognizes my login and when I try to reset the PW, it never sends me a PW reset email. Then, to top it all off, I called their customer service and the rep on the line just says “let me cancel and reissue your rewards!” I’m like what??? So she does it even though I told her not to. So now I have to wait 48 hours to get my rewards back. So dumb

Cannot use app to pay in store because the number is cut off !

Technician team: Please do something regarding your users having a hard time logging in!

This is the worst off all the shopping apps I use. Half the time it won’t let me log in, it just buffers and locks up. No, it is not my internet connection that is at issue. Also, the formatting is horrible if using a tablet. If you click to look at an item and then go back to the items list it takes you to the beginning of the page and not the last item looked at. Please fix the issues.

As title says. It says need to reset password but then password reset never sends an email. Yes have checked junk mail etc. so app is useless unless used as guest (although from other revieew) seems like logging in doesn’t help much either.
