## TLC Community CU Reviews in United States

### **--- "App changed"
Ever since they combined the card management app into the TLC app, payments don’t post until days after the purchase is made leaving my account never up to date. It also doesn’t notify users anymore if money is deposited to your account, only if a charge is posted. Very frustrating
-- RB_1231, 2024-12-12

### ***-- "Great service"
The pin change could have been automatic, unless for privacy purposes etc . My card declined on debit but it got fixed fast. Thank you
-- 🪷🧑‍🚀, 2024-11-20

### ****- "App does primary things well"
I would have rated it better, but updates don’t always detect version right on iPad, so app becomes useless. Once another version comes out then it finally updates and I can use again. Otherwise, it does what it should.
-- MyriadMinds, 2024-05-17

### ***** "Quick and direct"
This app is very easy to read, understand, and work with. Chat has an excellent response time during bussiness hours.
-- RZ Cola, 2024-04-27

### ***** "Awesome app"
Love the ability to remote deposit checks. It’s a great feature
-- Bulldog686968, 2024-04-08

### *---- "New software"
I can’t get it loaded.
-- can't get it!, 2024-03-23

### ***-- "Card don’t work"
I have to get a new debit card all the time and that cost me 10 dollars every time I just got one like a month ago and I have to get a different one now cause it don’t work in the stores I can’t keep paying for it because they stop work
-- we love everyone, 2024-03-22

### *---- "Horrible - Do Not Use"
Specifically, talking about the mobile deposit. It makes you think you deposited money but months later it rejects the check. Even though the check looks clean and clear online, the bank still will not accept it. Ended up losing three checks because I wasn't notified until months later.

Even the bank staff will tell you not to use it. It's not reliable.

### ***** "Amazing!"
App always works & very user friendly
-- Blochowski, 2023-06-25

### *---- "Horrible"
This app is terrible. It takes forever to load my accounts, If I’m lucky. It runs super slow and lags like no other. Wish they kept the old app that was super simple to use and my accounts were always updated.
