## TMC Alarm + Reviews in Canada

### ***-- "Application speed"
Too slow to load sometimes and comes up with blank screen. Once up its pretty good by functionality.
-- kchha, 2026-04-17

### *---- "Un happy"
We keep receiving messages saying tamper on and off called followed instructions and less than jour later they have started again what is needed is a technician not the homeowner with no alarm repair experience. It is not fixed. It seems many nicknames are taken ive tried 5 all taken
-- Resolution 0, 2026-02-25

### *---- "Recent updates"
Application fails to load after recent updates
-- Benven, 2025-12-10

### *---- "Stopped working"
After the Telus merger this app completely stopped working. Tells me incorrect passcode every time I try to arm my system. Called Telus to help troubleshoot and they are useless. If you were a Monitoring Center customs don’t expect anything from Telus.
-- Kckc89, 2025-09-07

### *---- "Too easy to get locked into demo"
My mother has a decent comfort level with computers, but I have on several occasions had to get her out of the demo mode of the application. It should be possible to disable it completely or it should time out, so that users don’t spend weeks thinking they’re arming their own alarm when in fact they’re doing nothing. I raised this years ago and nothing has been done.
-- The Dolphins' Last Messenger, 2025-08-03

### *---- "Crashes"
This app never works ever since telus too over. It constantly crashes. Useless service. On top you have to pay to use it - cash grab !
-- Student739, 2025-07-28

### *---- "Horrible"
Regularly loses connectivity and login, won’t accept the password despite getting it right. Often hangs without connecting, leaving us stranded and unable to get into our home
-- Bubba Esq Jr, 2025-06-26

### ***** "Nice to have - Schedule Arm feature"
It would be good to have a feature that can allow you to schedule arm your home- schedule night (on and off), schedule away (on and off) automatically
-- Pramit007, 2025-05-01

### *---- "Problem after update"
It always has message of invalid access code when I arm and disarm the alarms
-- Iceman328, 2025-03-13

### *---- "What’s with the high ratings?!? Does not work!"
Terrible app. Doesn’t even work!
-- .r.o.r.o., 2025-02-10

### **--- "App freezes and becomes non functional often"
App freezes and becomes non functional often, all that appears is a white screen when you open it. This makes it difficult to use especially when not in the home
-- May15533, 2025-01-22

### *---- "App offline all the time"
Not sure how this app is so highly rated. Both me and my partner experienced offline app all the time. Sometimes arm from the app it does nothing. Call the customer service they told me just keep remove and install the app, guess that’s why they can do instead of working on the app itself
-- 魔逻梭, 2024-12-07

### *---- "Terrible"
This app doesn’t work. No service. No fix. Garbage
-- FuKElf, 2024-11-28

### ***** "Exceptional Alarm System"
Great service and security 👏
-- TonyStoked, 2024-10-21

### **--- "Unreliable"
App intermittently fails to display all features on the screen. Not sufficiently reliable as an alarm app.
-- publicantigen, 2024-08-24

### *---- "Glitchy"
Not happy with this app, it always glitches out and crashes. When this happens I have to make multiple attempts to arm or disarm the system. Could be a lot better for the cost of the service.
-- RM#2020, 2024-07-22

### ***** "Perfect"
Excellent / fantastic customer service 100%
-- nickname papa s, 2024-03-04

### ***** "Alarm company"
We have had this alarm company for about 5 years. We have had no problems at all, and
find them to be on top of everything. So easy to use. Recommend them highly.
-- Bkue Jays, 2023-10-29

### ***** "App is regularly quitting"
The app was reinstalled many times, Several times TMC was sending something remotely - nothing helps. The app is regularly quitting, and only re-opening the app allows its operation.
-- mentbase, 2023-10-09

### ***** "Fabulous app!"
I got the upgrade and app a couple months ago and absolutely love it. I can use it from anywhere. It’s so easy to use.
