### ***** "Got their &$@! Together"
Oh my god these guys got their &$@?! Together!
The products and buying experience is 10x better then the other “big 2.” Rob seriously, well done team on all levels. I’ve bought everything from you for 2 years now and I’ve never took the time to tell you but should have. I appreciate the fact you actually have inventory when order. When we use 10-12 cases of Encap a month it’s great you actually have it. Thanks again

### ***** "Points"
I love how easy it is to find and apply your points now…. I always struggled with that lol 🤷🏼‍♀️ but now it’s super easy! We just love all the products and Wuxi shipping! Thanks for making our job a bit more easy! Yes it takes some “elbow” work BUT with these too of the line chemicals makes it a bit more easy! Thanks again! Team FatCat 🐱

### *---- "Terrible Service"
I bought CRB 3 weeks ago,I use it to clean 4 area rugs and after that is not working.
I tray mani times to contact someone to resolve this problem by Email and I got no answer.
There is not a phone number to speak with someone ,still waiting.
I thought this was a good company to get our supplies !
