## TMT(Trail Making Exam) J Description
Trail Making Exam (トレイルメイキング試験，TMT）は注意機能や遂行機能を検査するための評価指標です。
TMTは、脳卒中や脳損傷の患者さんに対して、注意の持続と選択、視覚的な探索、視覚的運動協調性などを調べる目的で行われます。
この検査は、複合的な精神機能評価の要素をあわせ持っていて、前頭葉障害による遂行機能の低下に敏感に反応します。

Part A
1から25までの数字を1から順にできるだけ素早くタッチしていきます。

Part B
1から13までの数字と「あ」から「し」までの50音を，「1 ->あ -> 2 -> い -> 3 -> う…」というように交互にできるだけ素早くタッチしていきます。

結果は課題を完了するまでにかかった時間（秒）とミスした回数が表示されます。
(数値が大きいほど障害が大きいことを示します）

大まかな目安としては
Part A: 90秒以内
Part B:  3分以内
が目安になるでしょう
