TNW Tickets – Deine App für ÖV Billette in Basel & Nordwestschweiz

Die offizielle TNW Tickets App für das TNW-Netz (Tarifverbund Nordwestschweiz) und die TriRegio. Kaufe deine ÖV Tickets für Basel und die Region – egal ob für Bus, Tram oder Bahn. «TNW Tickets» ist die erste Smartphone-App der Schweiz für Verbundtickets: schnell, einfach und sicher dein Billett kaufen für den öffentlichen Verkehr.

Funktionen der App:
- Sortimente: Einfach, schnell und sicher folgende Sortimente kaufen:
- Kurzstrecken-, Zonentickets, Tageskarten, Mehrfahrtenkarten und Spezialbillette des TNW
- TriRegio-Tickets für den grenzüberschreitenden Verkehr
- RVL Anschlussbillette in Kombination mit dem U-Abo oder GA
- Mehrfahrtenkarten: Sicheres Wallet für unbegrenzte Anzahl von Mehrfahrtenkarten
- Sicherung und Wiederherstellung von Mehrfahrtenkarten: Sicherung von Mehrfahrtenkarten durch einmalige Registration per SMS: Schutz der Mehrfahrtenkarten bei Verlust oder Wechsel des Mobiltelefons.
- Übertragung von Mehrfahrtenkarten: Mit den Funktionen «Senden» und «Empfangen» können Mehrfahrtenkarten einfach auf ein anderes Smartphone übertragen werden.
- Zahlungsmittel: TWINT, Visa, Mastercard Postfinance Debit Card, Apple Pay.
- Störungsmeldungen: Zur gewählten Abgangshaltestelle werden die assoziierten Störungsmeldungen angezeigt.
- Favoriten: Ticketpräferenz mit Anzahl Tickets und Klassenwahl zur schnellen Auswahl abspeichern.
- Locate-Me: Automatisch den aktuellen Abfahrtsort und die Abfahrtshaltestelle ermitteln.
- Mitfahrer: Bis zu 7 Freundinnen und Freunde auf die Reise mitnehmen; insgesamt 8 Tickets pro Reise möglich.
- Suche: Die Zielhaltestelle mit der «Suche nach Ortschaft/Haltestelle» finden.
- Route: Sämtliche möglichen Fahrverbindungen inklusive Via-Verbindungen werden zur Auswahl angezeigt.
- Tarif: Die App berechnet automatisch den korrekten Tarif vom Abfahrts- bis zum Zielort.
- Kurzstrecken: Alphabetische Auflistung der Kurzstrecken ab der Abgangshaltestelle.
- Sicherheit: Optional den Kaufvorgang mit einem Passwort (inkl. Face-ID-Support) absichern.
- Quittung: Zusenden der Kaufquittung via E-Mail.
- Verlauf: Speichert die Tickets 10 Tage im Ticketspeicher.
- Integration Halbtax: Mit der Registration des SwissPass Halbtax werden die Kontrollinformationen direkt im gelösten Ticket angezeigt. Sie müssen bei der Kontrolle nur noch das Smartphone vorweisen.
