## Toast Now Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible"
Not real info on the app. Square is one million times better.
-- lobsterandbeermike, 2024-12-27

### *---- "No end user customer support"
Unknowingly used the toast system to order food today at 3:00 pm this afternoon. 12:30 am this morning. I received a WAKE up text from toast. A very unwelcome wake up text that ruined my whole day by interrupting my sleep with a needless message about "welcome to toast" I will never use this PLATFORM AGAIN. I will never give my phone number to toast retail again for an order. There's no way for me as an end-user, on the receiving end, to contact toast to file a complaint. No way to prevent them from texting me in the middle of the night unless I hit stop AFTER they spam me in the middle of the night.
thanks toast, you might serve your retail customer's well, but your end users are just moneybags. I see no way to contact your company at all as an end user.. you've been marked aS spam and blocked.
-- Patty J Boulder, 2024-12-20

### ***** "Owner Whiskey Biscuits"
I like it a lot better than the previous system I had

A lot more efficient and data to help me run my store
-- Whiskey B’s, 2024-11-28

### *---- "Login doesn’t work on app"
I had to reset my password 3x or more just not to be able to use the app
-- TayKay904, 2024-11-15

### *---- "Toast"
Stole my money
-- Magslax14, 2024-10-27

### *---- "Toast is a mess"
The app is not even worth the trouble. Missing data. Bad UI. Confusing statistics and reports. What a waste of time, but nothing from toast surprises me anymore. The lack of customer support is astounding for a company that works within the hospitality realm.

AWFUL
-- PompousAhole, 2024-09-12

### ***** "."
Just really clear and easy to understand
-- A55555ytrty, 2024-09-10

### *---- "Useless"
The sales report is useless on the app.
You can’t even see the exact time a sale happened, which forces you to go on a desktop to see the details.
-- Tam27juin1983@, 2024-09-03

### ***** "The best"
It’s a Ferrari for our restaurant to let us win the F1 of the restaurants
-- Athina1982, 2024-08-17

### *---- "What?"
Dumb overall
-- Hot Basura, 2024-07-26
