Unfridendly design, no access to customer service
If you book a service and have made the payment, you cannot cancel it while waiting for Toby to match the vendor. This is completely unreasonable.

I suspect this apps has been terminated.
Bad service
Not honest and a cheater for using it and asked for more pay without finishing the job. What a shame as a service platform

買左多次家居清潔套餐，一開始話可以改期，冇講明要收幾多錢，後尾改期+50，週日+20，紅日+30，取消收100，加加埋埋非常貴。而且派來的姐姐有的非常唔專業，感覺係人都可以來做，連最基本檯面都唔抹，總之一言難盡。
A Fraudulent apps
I engaged a photographer in Toby to take family photo, however, the photographer disappear after I paid the money. Toby responds they are just a platform and they are not responsible. Please DO NOT USE THIS APPS! This is a platform to commit fraud to deceive customer.
