Toca boca is very good but I got the new update and I lost all of my stuff and when I go to the gift shop I have only like 5 stuff I don’t know what happened pls can someone like help me?

I like it BUT!!!
Toca boca is a really good game lots of things to do lots of fun things to do and i play when im bored super fun…😄BUT!!! One time I was going to play Toca boca but when I clicked on it it was normal until I try to go on a place in Toca boca but it was kicking me out of the app and one time my gifts where all gone PLEASE FIX IT I HATE IT!!!😣🙄👹

I deleted and re-download Toca boca bc it was lagging but when I got to the gifts half of my favourite items weren’t there like the new bags the teddy bear bag and some dogs. Toca boca I beg you to bring them back it’s an amazing game so please bring some old stuff back!!! Btw the game is amazing

I love Toca Boca and I’ve been playing it since 2018. It’s a really good game but…it won’t stop glitching and it won’t let me go in any room or house. I’m really scared if I delete it because I have a lot of things in the game,so many memories and stuff like that.can a developer help me please?😀

Hey toca boca world , everything it’s perfect before yesterday when I make the update in the post office some thing we are missing for example the hotel stuff I don’t know what happened or if you removed but I want tha things . I tried everything i close the app and I reset the word and nothing happened
