Every time when I delete this app and download it again all the stuff that I buy the new stuff go to the it goes all the way down in. I need to scroll it and I have a lot of furniture. I hate it. Please fix it. I beg you.

Ive been playing toca boca for 5 years with no problem but then ever since toca boca updated for the 2024 christmas update, there was this bug that kept on kicking me out of the game everytime i try to go in the gift shop or somewhere. I rested my world, did nothing. So my only choice was to delete the game and download it again. Before I deleted the game, I had almost everything from the gift shop. The stuff from the conan gray update, the fluffy bag, the tumblur etc. I had literally everything and expected them to come back but they didnt. My hard time of work collecting those items was a waste. How come when you delete other games and you download it again the items come back since its literally the same device but toca boca dont?
