## Tock Reviews in United States

### *---- "This is tragically bad - use their website"
Avoid it is junk
-- RobDec2024, 2024-12-22

### *---- "Routinely broken app and website"
I beg restaurants and wineries to avoid this platform. You will lose business because customers are unable to book reservations and go elsewhere.
-- alfalfa323, 2024-11-02

### *---- "Bad"
The worst dining app ever!!!
-- Chandlerbiyd, 2024-10-24

### *---- "Don’t use this app"
The app will let you make a reservation but not to cancel or move it. Don’t use this app, they just want to take your money.
-- Andrej Dukalev, 2024-10-21

### **--- "Not Functional"
Two stars as it was easy to make reservations, but the links to manage or cancel reservations don’t work, and there isn’t a support number to call for help.
-- H982S, 2024-10-18

### **--- "No place for requests"
No place for special requests/special occasions, etc. Open table allows you to leave comments to request a high chair, booster seat, booth, bar table, etc. Open table also allows you to indicate if you are celebrating a special occasion. I'm disappointed so many restaurants are switching to this app, but it's probably less of an expense since it doesn't offer much.
-- NESgirl9999, 2024-10-17

### *---- "If there was any alternative, I would use it!"
I will start by saying the only reason I still have this app is because they have cornered the market and there is literally no alternative to them! They have made a lot of exclusive experiences and restaurants can only be booked through their application. Thereby keeping you from even attempting to go to such events or places unless you use their app or platform! I have attempted to use their app and platform and if it’s a place that’s not frequently booked out it works fine but if you want to go to a place that sought after good luck, you’ll never get in the application in both websites constantly crash because they can’t handle the traffic flow or the amount of people that are trying to get to it. It’s been over 10 minutes since the round of bookings has opened up and still won’t even move next month on the app on the phone for myself. Similar thing happened last month and I reported to customer service they kept telling me for over a week that there was no problem on their end and it must’ve been my Internet connection or improper use of their application implying multiple times that I’m an idiot, without directly stating! Well, this time I have it on video so we’ll see how they get out of it this time. Like I said, worst customer service he’ll ever deal with your life and if there was another way, I would definitely do it.
-- Betrayed former user, 2024-09-01

### *---- "iPad app crashes on launch!"
Wondering if validation was completed on this app given that it just repeatedly crashes on launch. Up-to-date with most recent iPadOS 17.6.1.
-- DavidinPDX, 2024-08-25

### ***** "Effective essential and easy!"
We need a reliable system that assures our table time every night. TOCK does it right.
-- bonblitzz, 2024-06-01

### *---- "Cannot log in via Facebook"
Please fire the developer of the App and hire someone more capable!
