## TodayTix Reviews in United States

### ***** "Brilliant!"
They make everything so easy! I use it all the time. Such a good loyalty program.
-- bobbbyfjb, 2025-06-14

### ****- "Love this app!"
This app is fantastic! Makes getting tickets across several states so simple. All of your tickets are kept safe in one place, love that! The only thing I wish they would change is that the app doesn’t keep track of your gift card balance. I always ask for TT gift cards for special occasions, but there isn’t currently a way to save the gift card balance in the app to use it at a later date. Instead you have to keep track of the gc number to use @ checkout. Even more tedious, you have to keep track of your own balance (if you don’t spend the full amount) & then re-input the gc number to use the remaining balance. If the developers made this one adjustment, the app would be perfect!
-- Christine Fitzgerald, 2025-06-12

### ***-- "Maybe Happy Ending"
Bought 2 tickets yesterday for $122 each. Today, Tuesday the two seats next to mine in from row balcony are $10.00 cheaper each!! 😔
-- beejaazy, 2025-06-10

### *---- "Tickets sold at a premium with terrible customer service"
TodayTix used to offer great prices or, at least, comparable to full priced seats without an additional surcharge. That has changed and now they will charge full price plus fees with an additional service charge added on top of that. Last night I grabbed a balcony seat for something next month and after paying, checked the theater’s own website to find they were selling the same seats for $20 less. Contacted customer service and received a generic response about the “great value” TodayTix offers. Never again.
-- kenableken, 2025-06-09

### *---- "Ruined the end of the Tony Awards"
Were you really so gd eager to sell me tickets that you had to spoil the winner of Best Musical??? I was watching live and your push notification beat the streaming delay I mean come on.
-- emheart, 2025-06-09

### ***** "Love this ap"
This is our go to ap for Broadway tickets. Never disappoints!
-- Basa111, 2025-06-08

### ***-- "9 to 5"
Easy to book but sadly, was not allowed to change the date even though seats were available at same price. We were even willing to take balcony seats (our original seats were orchestra). Irritating.
-- Sopphhiee, 2025-06-08

### ***** "Great App, so easy!"
This app is really easy to navigate and also a great way to get cheap tickets to see Broadway. I see a bunch of shows every time I’m in NYC and this is the easiest and most convenient way. Plus you get to pick your seats! I love TodayTix.
-- Brett Alan G, 2025-06-06

### ***** "Great way to Purchase Tickets"
I have been using Today Tix for a few years now, and can’t say enough about how convenient it is for purchasing tickets. I especially appreciate having an economical place to buy lottery tickets, because the prices are so reasonable when you buy rush tickets or when they run a sale and buy discount tickets.
-- EBC2754, 2025-06-05

### **--- "Not thrilled yet"
I ordered 2 tickets thinking it would tell me where my seats are located. All I see is orchestra. It said I will get my tickets 24 hours prior. That’s not okay for me. I would have gone to the box office instead. I hope I don’t regret this expensive purchase.
