The service is very bad in the Ras Al Khaimah area

دائما أجد ما احتاجه في التطبيق في اي وقت واي مكان، مجهود تشكرون عليه وأتمنى تطويره للأفضل.

Twaddan has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Not only are the prices absurdly high, but once you make an order, you’re stuck in limbo. There’s no way to contact the service provider, and if they don’t accept your order on time, you’re left helpless with no option to cancel. Customer support is a joke. They never answer the phone, and it feels like their support hours don’t match the app’s operating hours at all. It’s as if they don’t care about their customers at all. To top it off, the map functionality is laughably outdated. You can’t even manually select your location, which is basic functionality that any modern app should have.

توتصلت ودفعت لشركة ويوم جو رفضو يغسلون والفلوس انسحبت ، مافي خيار استرجاع ، وراعي المغسله يقول تفاهم مع تودن انا ما برجعلك شي . (Drops) اسم الشركة تحديدًا يعني بالمختصر لا فلوس ولا غسيل ولا تعامل ولا برنامج عملي 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
